Hi, I’m Alistair. Since running peer support groups in Scotland the early 90’s, I’ve learned and explored many corners of mental health, neurodivergence, queer identities and therapeutic work. After a decade in ChCh New Zealand and another in Edinburgh, I’m back home & joyfully exploring Celtic/nature spirituality.

I worked in mental health care since leaving school and learned Sw, counselling & groupwork in an indigenous Māori environment in Aotearoa NZ

Recent projects have included websites & training for Scottish Government facilitating staff wellbeing & supervision skills
I also love creative action, including different cultural and spiritual traditions and the ritual space of somatic & IFS approaches.
