A contract outlining a working agreement and outlining the limits of confidentiality for immediate risk situations is required.

Devices/Video call platforms e.g. Zoom & Microsoft Teams for Business are end to end encrypted and no automatic or AI processing or summarising occurs or is used.

Alistair adheres to the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) & International Federation (IFSW) Codes of Ethics, and Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Codes of Practice. Compliant with SSSC Continuous Professional Learning, and BASW Capabilities frameworks for Advanced Practice i.e. complexity, professional autonomy, and relationship-based practice.

Justine is a coach and and counsellor and has training & experience in MH Social Work Practice. She is registered with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy SocietyNCPS (Accredited Registrant Member MNCPS Acc.) and work in line with their code of ethics.
