Supervision sessions for helping professionals are individually contracted e.g. may be IFS informed or using a structured process such as the 7-eyed model for balancing casework reflections and practitioner wellbeing. This is 50% longer but only 30% more than regular sessions, to give time for case issues as well as wellbeing and professional development aspects. Frequency is usually monthly rolling basis. Invoicing is available for employed staff but first invoice must be confirmed as approved before re-booking.
